Somewhere along the line in the past couple of weeks Jack grew up. He got taller, his vocabulary expanded 10 fold, he started eating and sleeping better, and he just got more fun, more fun to hang out with and be around. It's genuinely an amazement to watch. Sorry, nauseating parent moment over, but i like this photo. On the beach in England - with the obligatory 2 coats on!

So we are all finally getting back into some sense of routine after our whistle stop trip to England.

It was action packed. Jack slept all the way there (including the pilots apparent first landing of a 757 at Glasgow) and then pretty much all the way back. He grew a tooth, found his laugh and was held and ooh'd and aah'd at by about 1000 people. We celebrated his 5 month with a meal at Wagamama - our favourite London restaurant - and Jack (advanced as he is) mastered chopsticks. Montreal this weekend for Pina's 60th and then back for sleep (if that's OK with you Jack).
